We had a great experience!!! Loved that we were able to come visit the pups a couple times before we even picked the one we wanted out. They were just the cutest!! I would have taken any one of them! Nala is the best dog we could have asked for our family. She is such a sweet dog and everyone that sees her has to pet or say hello because they think she is so cute. Getting our Mochi from On Golden Pond was the best decision ever made! He’s 6 now and brings love, joy and laughter to our home each and every day! My wife and I could not be happier with our puppy from Jennifer and On Golden Pond! From day 1, Jennifer happily answered all of our questions and made our first time experience getting a puppy even more special. We love every moment with our pup and he has been so well behaved from the day we brought him home. We have only had our Penny a week and she is an amazing, sweet, fun, and intelligent puppy!! She has barely had any accidents and she is already telling us when she has to go outside. Plus, she is almost sleeping through the night! It is clear that she was well loved and well taken care of as a puppy because of how easy she is adjusting. The whole process with Jennifer was amazing too! She answered all of my many questions and truly went above and beyond to help prepare me for a puppy and to prepare the puppy for us.

For us it was love at first sight when we saw relatives to FERGUS at ITZIN’S Shoe Store in Burlington. Itzin’s gave us the contact information for Jennifer and Todd, On Golden Pond. They are truly amazing people and their dogs are so well cared for and we were very impressed. From the weekly pictures and updates and their responsiveness to our questions, their customer service was so refreshing! FERGUS is so smart, and at barely 11 weeks is easily following commands of SIT, DROP, COME and he loves to retrieve. He has wrapped his adorable furry self around our hearts and we are so happy that we got connected with On Golden Pond.
